In 1994, the Montreal Expos held the best record in baseball until the mid-August strike and the entire post-season was cancelled.  The team never found success again, and in 2004, the franchise was forced to leave Montreal and move to Washington. This film provides access to powerful behind-the-scenes footage – ranging from the players’ bus ride to the stadium, to their emotional reactions stepping onto the field, to the Montreal fans who have never forgotten baseball’s best team in 1994. The 1994 Montreal Expos were arguably the best team in baseball, and the only Expos team in their history about which that could be said. Then came the players strike that led to the cancellation of the postseason and the Expos' first chance to bring home their first championship. What followed was a painful decline that saw financial troubles, ownership by the other 29 teams, and finally the move to Washington.

Connecting different generations of players, Warren Cromartie, Andre Dawson, Cliff Floyd and Rondell White join together at a local restaurant to reminisce about life as Montreal Expos and the special bond created with its fan base.

The film explores key moments in the history of the Expos as well as the relentless efforts to bring major league baseball to Montreal. Continuation of the work released in 2003.

An American ship is wrecked off the coast of the Dutch East Indies, and little Faith Fitzhugh and her mother have washed ashore on a rocky island that supports only a lighthouse. Faith's mother lives only long enough to inform the three Dutch lighthouse keepers that her daughter is the heiress to a large fortune. Years pass and Faith grows to womanhood. Jacob Kroon and his son, Piet, then conspire to marry Faith to Piet's idiot son, Hans, in order to bring her fortune into the family. Dick Wayne, a sailor on an American cruiser that is repairing a damaged cable in the waters of the lighthouse, learns of Faith's captivity and comes to her rescue. Piet kills Jacob in a fit of jealousy, and Dick then kills Piet in a fight. Hans sets the lighthouse on fire and incinerates himself. Dick and Faith make it back to the cruiser.

Mary Heath's brother Dave is accidentally killed in a gambling den. Mary’s sweetheart, John Trevor, discovers the joint is secretly owned by his mother and he denounces her. As Dave was the head of the Heath household, John, knowing that Dave was head of the Heath household, feels responsible for the boy's death and offers himself as a replacement. Treated badly initially, eventually the family takes him into their hearts.
